Job Description:
Works with commercial and residential solar systems. We’ll train you on how to install solar racking systems, solar panel installation, wire and pipe runs, etc. Solar Installers work Monday through Thursday, approximately 10 hr days; a 3-day weekend every week!
Skills:
• Hard worker, with experience working in extreme weather conditions
• Know how to use tools and construction best practices
• Prefer: Driver’s license and OSHA-10 safety certification (but not required)
• Ability to consume a large pizza (individually or as a team)
Physical requirements:
• Can reach, bend, crawl, lift at least 50 pounds
• Can climb on ladders and work on roofs; comfortable with heights and steep pitches
• Can work outside in extreme temperatures
